About

One team. Four services. Shipped.

Sales On Demand builds growth systems — websites, SEO, AI voice agents, and marketing automation. All under one roof. All wired together.

Sales On Demand is a one-team growth agency run by Charles Power out of Las Vegas, Nevada. We build done-for-you websites, SEO and AEO, AI voice agents, and GoHighLevel automation and ads for local service businesses across the US — all under one roof, all wired together, so nothing gets built in isolation.

New here and just want the plain-English version? Start with what is Sales On Demand. More on why we work this way: the stack that runs modern sales, done-for-you website vs DIY, and is hiring a marketing agency worth it. If you're weighing it against doing it all yourself, start with Sales On Demand vs building it yourself. Our standards on technical builds follow Google's Core Web Vitals and Search Essentials guidance.

The founder

Charles Power. Las Vegas, NV.

I've been building AI automation systems, lead gen infrastructure, and SaaS tools for local service businesses for several years. Before SOD I spent time at an agency where I watched the same failure happen over and over: websites built in isolation from SEO. SEO run without looking at the CRM. Ads bought without anyone thinking about what happens after the click. Each service delivered by a different team that never talked to the others.

Sales On Demand exists because I got tired of watching that playbook lose clients money. One team, all four services, everything connected from the start. It's not a novel concept — it's just rare to find anyone who actually does it.

We work with businesses across the US — local service companies, professional services, and growth-stage operators — and we're based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.

By the numbers

11 AI voice agents deployed in production
216 Pages built and indexed on a single client site
16 GoHighLevel sub-accounts managed
90+ Lighthouse score achieved on recent site builds

How we work

No accounts-people layer. You work directly with the builders.

We don't have account managers who "manage the relationship" while a separate team does the work. That structure exists to scale agency headcount, not to serve clients. When you work with us, you're talking to the person who built the thing.

We run on fixed scopes and fixed timelines. You'll know what you're getting, what it costs, and when it ships before we start. We don't work open-ended retainers that stretch indefinitely with nothing to show.

Reporting is honest. If something didn't move this month, we say so and tell you why. If we made a call that didn't pan out, we own it and adjust. We're not in the business of producing dashboards that look good while the actual numbers sit behind a tab you never click.

Our stack

Tools we've invested real depth in.

Every tool on this list is something we've built production systems on — not a demo we run in a sales call.

Astro

Zero-JS by default. Static HTML that loads fast, scores high on Lighthouse, and doesn't need a weekly security patch.

Cloudflare Pages

Global CDN, free-tier hosting, and infrastructure your clients own — not an agency-managed account that disappears if we part ways.

Vapi

Best-in-class latency for AI voice. Under a second from ring to response. We've built 11 production agents on it.

SignalWire

Carrier-grade voice infrastructure for outbound campaigns and high-volume inbound. Where Twilio's pricing model doesn't work, SignalWire does.

GoHighLevel

The CRM, calendar, SMS, email, and pipeline layer for 16 sub-accounts across clients. Deep expertise, not surface-level familiarity.

Supabase

Postgres + auth + edge functions in one stack. Used for any product that needs a real database — CLATUS, internal tools, client apps.

Location

Las Vegas, NV. Clients nationwide.

We're based in Las Vegas (89134) and work with clients across the country. Most client work is done remotely — deliverables, not desk time. If you're local to Vegas, we're always up for a coffee.

FAQ

Common questions about Sales On Demand

What does Sales On Demand do? +
We build done-for-you growth systems for local service businesses: websites (Astro on Cloudflare Pages), SEO and answer engine optimization, AI voice agents (Vapi + SignalWire), and marketing automation in GoHighLevel — plus the Google and Facebook ads that feed it. One team delivers all of it, wired together from the start.
Who runs Sales On Demand? +
Charles Power, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. SOD is intentionally small — a focused shop, not a 40-person agency. That means the person scoping your project is the person doing the work, and there's no account-manager layer between you and whoever's actually building.
Where is Sales On Demand located, and who do you work with? +
We're based in Las Vegas, NV, and work with businesses across the United States — local service companies, professional services, and growth-stage operators. Most clients are local-first; several have national reach. We scope accordingly.
Why one team for all four services instead of specialists? +
Because the common failure mode is services delivered in isolation — a website built without thinking about SEO, SEO run without looking at the CRM, ads bought without anyone owning what happens after the click. When one team owns all of it, the website is built for the SEO, the SEO feeds the CRM, and the ads have somewhere to land.
Do I own everything you build? +
Yes. The website code (GitHub), the hosting (Cloudflare), the domain, the CRM data and pipelines (GoHighLevel), the analytics (GA4, Search Console) — all in your name. If we part ways, nothing breaks and nothing is held hostage.
Is hiring a small agency like this worth it versus going DIY? +
If you can ship content consistently, read Search Console, and wire your own automations, you may not need us — and we'll say so on the call. If you can't, an outside team that owns the whole stack usually pays for itself. We lay out the honest trade in our 'vs DIY' comparison.
