Data Deletion Request

1. Overview
This page explains how to request deletion of the data Power Consulting LLC (d/b/a Sales On Demand) ("Sales On Demand," "we," "us," or "our") holds from your connected Facebook or Instagram account, and how to check the status of a deletion request. It applies to data accessed through the "Continue with Facebook" integration powered by Meta's Facebook Login for Business (Meta App "Sales On Demand," App ID 986675707564101). 2. How to Request Deletion of Your Data
To delete the data Sales On Demand holds from your connected Facebook or Instagram account, use either method below:
- Remove the app from Facebook (automatic deletion). Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), select Sales On Demand, and choose Remove. This immediately revokes our access and notifies us through our Data Deletion Callback to delete the associated data.
- Email us. Send a request to privacy@salesondemand.io from the email address associated with your account, or use our contact form. We will delete your data and confirm completion.
3. What Gets Deleted
When you request deletion, we remove the Platform Data tied to your account, including:
- Stored Meta access tokens issued for your authorization;
- Facebook Page data and metadata we accessed;
- Ad account, campaign, and advertising performance data;
- Lead data retrieved from your Facebook and Instagram Lead Ad forms;
- Any cached profile data associated with your Facebook User ID.
Deletion from our active systems is completed promptly, and data is removed from backups within our normal backup-rotation cycle (no longer than 90 days), except where retention of de-identified or aggregated data, or retention required by law, applies.
4. Checking the Status of a Request
If your deletion was triggered by removing the app from Facebook, Meta provides a confirmation code and a link to this page. To check the status of that request, open this page with your confirmation code appended — for example salesondemand.io/data-deletion?id=YOUR_CONFIRMATION_CODE — or email privacy@salesondemand.io with your confirmation code and we will confirm the status.
Deletion request:
Your request has been received and is being processed. Deletion of your Platform Data is completed promptly from active systems and within 90 days from backups. If you need written confirmation, email privacy@salesondemand.io and reference this code.
5. Leads Collected Through Your Forms
For leads generated through your Facebook and Instagram Lead Ad forms, you are the controller of that personal data and Sales On Demand acts as your processor. End-customers who wish to have their information deleted should direct their request to you, the business that ran the form. We will assist you in responding to such requests.
